In the combined style of two of my favourite types of Chinese pottery; Tang Dynasty 3 colour and Ts’u-chou utilitarian wares. A nice accent piece for the kitchen counter or mantel. Equally at home holding cookies or tea.

Hand thrown in our Mahone Bay studio using a local brown earthenware clay. Hand drawn flower decoration on a white clay slip background. Fired once, then covered with a pale transparent yellow, green and clear glaze and fired a second time. The jar is 10” tall.
